ELLA BAR GRIGLIATA PASTA stands as a vibrant and chic neighbourhood bar and eatery, drawing inspiration from the lively essence of New York City while finding its home in the heart of Bridge Road, Richmond. Engaged through an ECI (Early Contractor Involvement), Indetail Projects took charge of managing the design, permits, and overall budget. Our comprehensive approach included assembling a dedicated team of consultants to oversee every aspect, from design conceptualisation to final building works, culminating in a seamlessly delivered turnkey venue for our client. The venue is intelligently divided into three distinct sections, each catering to a different clientele. The raised section features cosy booth seating, ideal for formal lunches and leisurely weekend brunches. The oval bar area, with high tables, caters to those seeking a vibrant bar experience. Finally, the private dining space, adorned with wine cabinets and floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains, offers a tranquil ambience, inviting guests to unwind and relax.
