ENTER THE INTERIOR FITOUT AWARDS

ENTRY RULES

  • Entries must be for a fitout project completed between 1 October 2023 to 30 April 2025.  If the fitout is deemed to be completed outside of this project criteria timeframe, the judges have the right to disqualify the entry.
  • Judging will take place in June and July 2025.
  • Entries received into previous Interior Fitout Awards programs may not be re-entered.
  • Multiple entries are permitted in each category.
  • Only entries accessible to the major capital cities by road/air in reasonable driving time can be judged. A 100km radius from the centre of the CBD in each state is the central point for this criterion. Any entries outside of this radius may be charged an increased fee to cover the additional travel expenses for judges.
  • State categories for 2025 are:
    ▶ VIC/TAS  ▶ QLD/NT  ▶ NSW/ACT  ▶ WA  ▶ SA
  • If a minimum of 6 entries has not been received for each state, IFA reserves the right to amalgamate states, to create a fair judging platform.
  • A fitout project will be judged and will form part of the state awards program where the project has been installed. For example, if you are based in Sydney but you enter a project in WA, your project will be judged as a WA entry.
  • The entrant must be the principal contractor responsible for the installation.
  • Businesses in a franchise arrangement are considered separate entities for the purpose of entering this awards program. Both the franchisor and any franchisee must each pay the full initial entry fee as well as any additional fees for any entries they submit individually.
  • Designers or IFA Designer Members cannot enter these awards.  The Interior Fitout Awards is only open to IFA Premium Members who are a fitout/construct company, or non-member fitout/construct businesses. Designers, please enter the IFA Design Awards.
