We are thrilled with our workplace project, 621 Ann Street, a collaborative endeavour between Unita QLD and the visionary team at Collectivus. The office harnesses the potential of this dynamic, lightfilled space with the carefully selected materials and the incorporation of intricate design details. Soft timbers, organic curves, polished concrete, and luxurious stone create an environment that is not only visually appealing but also highly functional. A key highlight is the integration of an open kitchen and dining area. This vibrant space fosters a sense of community and collaboration among employees, providing an inviting setting for relaxation and socialisation. Complementing this social hub are the several meeting rooms that cater to both formal and informal interactions, supporting the diverse needs of a modern workplace. Additionally, the inclusion of hide-wrapped banquettes, inspired by the company’s rich outback heritage, adds a touch of authenticity to the workspace and merges heritage with modern urban aesthetics, creating a dynamic workplace.
