Judge Spotlight
Mick McLoughlin
MANAGING DIRECTOR, BENCEE FITOUT & CONSTRUCTION
Mick McLoughlin began his career in Ireland in 1979 as a carpentry and joinery apprentice, later working on commercial builds before moving to New Zealand as a site foreman, and then to Australia as a site manager on residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
In 2004, he purchased Les Wilson Detail Cabinet Makers, a long-established shopfitter with major national clients and strong ties to the IFA. He has since been active in the association, currently serving on the QLD committee and IFA Board.
Through his company, Bencee Fitout & Construction, Mick has won multiple industry awards and trained several award-winning apprentices.
