In 2022, Diverse Project Group undertook a construction and interior fitout project for Scanlan Theodore, a premium Australian fashion label that champions quality, authenticity and individuality.

The site for the new store had significant local history. Located adjacent to Claremont Quarter, one of Western Australia’s signature fashion precincts, the building had housed the local branch of the Commonwealth Bank for decades.

Diverse Project Group had previously worked with Scanlan Theodore, fitting out a stunning tenancy inside Claremont Quarter in 2018. When the opportunity to move to a larger site came available, Diverse Project Group were chosen to help transform the building to a contemporary retail space.
