The Manufacturer/Supplier Product Excellence Awards are aligned with the Interior Fitout Awards program. This award celebrates the product innovations that elevate exceptional fitouts.

The award recognises outstanding products that play a key role in the success of a fitout project submitted into the Interior Fitout Awards. Whether through design, performance, innovation or materiality, the award highlights the important contribution made by manufacturers and suppliers in delivering exceptional interior spaces.

ENTRY RULES

• Multiple entries are permitted.
• Each product entered requires a separate entry submission.
• Images supplied must be high resolution (300dpi). Only photos not copyright protected, or those that have an appropriate copyright release, will be accepted.
• Any additional information or spec sheets should be uploaded as an attachment.
• The entrant into these awards must be the manufacturer or supplier of the product used within a project entered into the Interior Fitout Awards.

ELIGIBILITY

• The product must have been used in a fitout project entered by a head contractor company in the 2027 Interior Fitout Awards.
• The head contractor must submit their project entry before or at the same time as the supplier’s submission.
• This award is open to manufacturers and suppliers, including non-members of the Interior Fitout Association.

ENTRY FEES

ENTRY FEE:

• IFA Member: $250 + GST
• Non Member: $500 + GST

ENTRY FEE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ENTRY:

• IFA Member: $125 + GST
• Non Member: $250 + GST

JUDGING PROCESS

• Scores will be confidentially compiled to determine the winners.
• The Association reserves the right to establish, alter, or amend the judging criteria and the decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Award categories are as noted within the awards entry program.
• The number of awards within this awards program is at the discretion of the judging panel.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Entries will be evaluated by the judging panel against the following:

• Innovation – Originality of the product and its contribution to advancing interior fitout outcomes.
• Functionality – How well the product performs its intended purpose in the context of the project.
• Materiality – Quality, character and relevance of the material used, including its impact on the design, durability, and performance of the space.
• Sustainability – Environmental considerations such as responsible sourcing, energy efficiency, and recyclability.
• Integration – How well the product complements or enhances the overall project design.
• User Experience – The product’s influence on comfort, usability, and the end-user environment.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The entrant is responsible for the collection and accurate reporting of all information provided within this entry.
• Entries not complying with the competition rules will be disqualified. IFA reserves the right to disqualify any entry which does not meet the conditions of entry and the decision of the judging panel will be final with no correspondence entered into.
• Entrants grant IFA permission to use their supplied images for publicity and marketing purposes.

DYNAGLIDE DYNAVIEW
BY DYNAMIC CLOSURES

Dynamic Closures’ Dynaglide Dynaview is a modern, side-folding security door system designed and manufactured by Dynamic Closures as a smarter, more attractive alternative to heavy roller shutters. Used in The Edit and AMUSE tenancies at Cairns Airport, it helped solve complex design challenges while keeping the shopfronts open, welcoming and secure. The lightweight panels quietly glide along straight or curved tracks and stack neatly out of sight, allowing both fitouts to maintain clean lines and strong visual appeal. For AMUSE, Dynamic Closures engineered a custom S-shaped track so doors from two separate openings could stack into one discreet cupboard – without altering the architect’s plans.
